“House-Exclusive” has been on the market for more than ten years. Successfully completed projects and dozens of happy customers speak for themselves.

Initially, the House-Exclusive company was founded as an exclusively construction organization. The company was engaged in the construction of wooden houses. Continuous improvement and development of the services provided by the company led to the fact that in 2006 the production of glued beams was opened in the Leningrad Region in the village of Novyi Svet.

“House-Exclusive” began to build houses of glued laminated timber of its own production. This allowed us to guarantee the quality of products and, as a result, of houses built by our company.

In 2006, the company for the first time took part in the international construction forum Interstroyexpo.

Since 2011, “Dom-Exclusive” has been a regular participant in the sub-section “Alternative to the City” of the largest Russian construction exhibition “Real Estate Fair”.

Since 2013, the company has been constantly participating in the specialized exhibition “Building a House”, organized by the ExpoSfera exhibition association.
